NANA LUKE - Founder and Managing Director

Nana is also the Financial Director of the company since its inception in 1994. She has been working in business for over 20 years and holds a BSc (1st Class Hons) in IT. Nana has managed several EU projects as consortium leader and has many years operational experience in Translation, Design and Print and Website Design management and related software applications.


JULIAN KEMPSTER - Director, New Clients

Julian is responsible for ensuring that eTeams understands and fulfils the needs of our new clients. He has a BSc Hons in Computer Science followed by over 25 years of client care, business development and consulting roles within the IT sector. He also has 8 years’ experience working with FT100 companies fulfilling their significant requirements for localisation.


FIONA HOWARD - Director, Client and Linguist Care

Fiona and her team are responsible for ensuring client and linguist satisfaction. She holds a BA in History and Economics, a Post-graduate Higher Diploma in Education, a Post-graduate Certificate in e-Learning and a Post-graduate Certificate in Project Management. Fiona has over 10 years’ operations management experience. She has worked for both multi-nationals and Irish indigenous companies managing complex projects comprising up to 100 team members.
