In a recent customer survey, our clients scored eTeams with an impressive 93%. In line with ISO9001:2008 compliance, a Customer Satisfaction survey is carried out by eTeams annually and covers a broad range of questions. These questions are designed to assess the quality of our language services and also to look at eTeams responsiveness in 5 key areas, including: customer and product service. Clients are also given the opportunity to comment on any aspect of eTeams' service offering and give feedback.All the responses received were positive with 93% of our clients saying they would recommend the company to others for the provision of language services. Fiona Howard, Director for Client Care, confirms: “The outcome of the survey is very encouraging. Feedback from our clients reflects the hard work of my team and the professional manner in which all projects are carried out.
